HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK FAMILY ENRICHMENT DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA PERAWAT WANITA RSUD LAHAT
This study aims to determine the relationship between work family enrichment and work engagement of women nurses in RSUD Lahat. The hypothesis of this study is there is a relationship between work family enrichment and work engagement. The population in this study were 124 married women nurses in RSUD Lahat. The research sample were 90 people who divided into different work status, such as 45 civil servants and 45 honorariums. Sampling technique was quota sampling. The research used two scales as a measuring instrument, which were a work family enrichment scale that referred to the dimensions of the Crane and Hill (2009) and the work engagement scale that referred to the aspects of Schaufeli and Bakker (2004).
