This study aims to determine the role of psychological capital toward readiness to change on online drivers at PT Gojek Indonesia. The hypothesis of the study is that there is a role for psychological capital toward the readiness to change on online drivers at PT Gojek Indonesia.Respondents in this study were 200 driver partners of PT Gojek Indonesia. This study uses two scales as a measuring instrument, Which was a psychological capital scale that referred to the dimensions of Luthans, Youssef and Avolio (2007) and the readiness to change scale that referred to the dimensions of Holt, Armenakis, Feild and Harris (2007).
