SKEMA PEMBIAYAAN LAYANAN INFORMASI YANG MEMANFAATKAN SKEMA BUNDLING BERDASARKAN FUNGSI UTILITAS COBB-DOUGLAS
This research aims to formulate the information service financing scheme based on the level of homogeneous consumer satisfaction. Previous models developed by considering the use of bundling scheme and the quality of service (QOS) based on the Cobb-Douglas utility functions to obtain more optimal results. This research was completed by modeling the Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP). The data were obtained from a local server Traffic Digilib which were divided into peak hours and off peak hours. This model was solved with the help of the LINGO application. Optimal result obtained from information service financing scheme based on Cobb-Douglas utility functions was compared to the optimal result of information service financing scheme based on Cobb-Douglas utility functions to obtain more optimal results. The analysis results obtained of this research shown of financing information services based on the Cobb-Douglas utility function which involved a bundling scheme can get more optimal results which equal to IDR 109.404.300/kbps with 10 iterations, with that ISP can save time and the resources needed.
