IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA GENETIKA PADA KOMPOSISI MENU DIET BAGI PENDERITA DIABETES MELLITUS
Unhealthy eating patterns can trigger various diseases, one of them is diabetes mellitus (DM). For this reason, it is necessary to carry out a diet by observing and controlling the types of food consumed both from nutritional considerations in the form of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. An alternative that can be applied to solve the problem of optimizing the composition of dietary diets for diabetics as well as obtaining a menu list with various variations is to develop a genetic algorithm. For the DM diet with an energy content of 2261.25 Kcal calories and carbohydrate limits of 345-402.5 grams, protein of 57.5-86.25 grams and fat of 51.11-63.89 grams. Sixty-nine foodstuff data were grouped into data on staple foods, vegetable sources, animal sources, vegetables and supplements. Individuals 1 and individuals 2 fulfill the best fitness function requirements. The final result is a variation of 63 genes in the form of a food menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the right nutritional content based on established limits.
