The thesis entitled "Comparison of Registration of CV (Commandataire Venootschaasp) Deed of Establishment through the District Court and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights System" studied the problems of registering a CV deed before and after the existence of Business Entity Administration System (SABU) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2018, the consequence of the law arising from the Regulation related to the establishment of CV and notary legal responsibility in making the deed of establishment, adjustment, and arrangement of CV registration based on the notarial law and books of commercial law. The theoretical basis used in this study was a justice theory, a legal certainty theory, and office authority theory. The study type was normative legal research using a statutory approach by examining the literature or secondary data. The study items consisted of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials which were analyzed systematically. The analysis of the study materials used legal interpretation. The conclusions obtained from the study were that after the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2018, and the deed of establishment of the CV was registered through the Business Entity Administration System (SABU). The legal consequence arising from the regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2018 was the adjustment of regulations and delegation of authority from the District Court to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
