exual behavior among adolescent still happening at this time, one of the factors that affect the occurance of sexual behavior among adolescent is lack of parent reproductive health commuication which are given by parents to adolescent. Adolescent also find it difficult to be open up to their parents to talk about sexuality and reproductive because among society still consider that things is taboo conversation, so that adolescent feel embarrassed and afraid of being scolded by their parents if they talk about sexuality and reproductive to their parents. So in this case the research was conducted to find the relationship between parents reproductive health communication to premarital sexual behavior of adolescent. This research use explanatory sequential mixed methods. Number of samples was 80 respondent with age 15-19 years old and the informant is chosen with consideration those who have the capacity to provide accurate information. Data analysis was conducted with chi-square test. This research showed that premarital sexual behavior in Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I Sub-District has 13,8% and there was influence of openness (PR: 9,048; 95% CI: 1,214-67,407; p-value: 0,015), emphathy (PR: 3,635; 95% CI: 1,167-11,318; p-value: 0,043), supportiveness (PR: 4,974; 95% CI: 1,146-21,588; p-value: 0,033), possiteveness (PR: 4,731; 95% CI: 1,090-20,537; p-value: 0,042), equality (PR: 4,731; 95% CI: 1,090-20,537; p-value: 0,042), intensity (PR: 8,605; 95% CI: 1,155-64,097; p-value: 0,019)also influence of premarital sexual behavior. Reproductive health communication between parents and adolescent is going well but there is obstacle which the adolescent find it difficult to open up and lack of intensity of reproductive health communication from parents. So parents are expected joined parenting education like seminar, read through books and the internet as well as joining the community. Whereas adolescent are expected to open up with parents and in order to avoid premarital sexual behavior could joined positive activities like join a community of interests and talents, join a contest and religious activity.
