ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of portal rumah belajar on student learning outcomes on the material structure an function of plant tissue grade XI SHS 1 south Indralaya . The research method used is Quasi Experimental with Noquivalent Control Group Design research design. Sampling from class XI IPA with purposive sampling technique. The results of the purposive sampling technique XI IPA 1 as the control class and X IPA 2 as the experimental class .The method of data collection is done by tests in the form of 20 multiple choice questions and student question naire responses. The results of data analysis the average final test of the experimental class was 71 (good) and the control class was 66,5 (good).effectiveness of portal rumah belajar tested by effect size have a level effectiveness 0,54 at medium category. Based on the statistical test using SPSS22 the effectiveness of portal rumah belajar has a significant on student learning outcomes on the material structure an function of plant tissue grade XI SHS 1 south Indralaya.
