POLA DEGRADASI HEMISELULOSA RUMPUT RAWA PADA KERBAU RAWA SECARA IN SACCO
This study aimed was to determine hemicellulose degradation pattern of swamp grasses on swamp buffalo by In Sacco. This research was conducted from February to Juny 2020 at the Animal Nutrition and Forage Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Departement, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replications. This study also used a fistulated swamp buffalo to determine the pattern of hemicellulose degradation of six local swamp grasses, using a Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments and 3 replications, P1: Kumpai Tembaga Grass (Hymenachne acutigluma), P2: Kumpai Minyak Grass (Hymenachne amplexacaulis), P3: Kumpai Padi Grass (Oryza rupifogon), P4: Sendayan Grass (Rhynchospora corymbosa), P5: Purun Tikus Grass (Eleocharis dulcis), and P6: Bento Rayap Grass (Leersia Hexandra). The results of this study indicate that the highest a fraction was Bento Rayap Grass (38.60%) and the lowest was Kumpai Padi Grass (19.93%). Furthermore b Fraction which quickly degraded on Kumpai Padi Grass (66.68%) and the lowest was Bento Rayap Grass (23.64%) and the highest c fraction was on Sendayan Grass (0.35% hours) and lowest was Kumpai Padi Grass (0, 06% of the hour). The highest degradation rate at 48 hours was found in Kumpai Padi Grass (83,27%) and the lowest was copper Kumpai Tembaga Grass (50,32%).
