MODEL EPIDEMIK SUSPECTIBLE INFECTED RECOVERED BERDASARKAN ANALISIS KESTABILAN DENGAN TREATMENT UNTUK PENYAKIT TUBERKULOSIS
Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the leading causes of death caused by infection with acid-resistant bacteria Mycobacterium type Tuberculosis. The paper is to discuss SITR mathematical model for the Spread of tuberculosis disease with the addition of Treatment. Therefore, an analysis of the spread of TB disease was carried out. One of them can be seen in the form of a mathematical model. The TB disease spread model using the SITR method produces a differential equation that describes the spread of the Susceptible, Infectious, Treatmen and Recoverd by excess, gives the omega (ω) assumption so that it gives the value of the grade closer to the equilibrium point. The model formed is then analyzed, starting from determining the equilibrium point, then looking for an analysis of the stability of the equilibrium point, determining the value of the base reproduction number , making a simulation model, and finally interpreting it. From the analysis results will be obtained parameters that influence the spread of tuberculosis, two disease-free and endemic equilibrium points. Thus the stability of the disease-free and endemic stability of the SITR model with the value of basic reproductive numbers, = 0.09289617486 shows that the disease is not an epidemic, so there is no potential for TB epidemic. To support the theory in this study, calculations were carried out using Maple Software.
