Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia. Puskesmas Tanjung Raja menempati urutan terendah kelima angka kesembuhan yaitu 22%. Angka ini belum memenuhi standar nasional angka kesembuhan yaitu sebesar 85%. Salah satu komponen pengendalian TB DOTS yaitu pengobatan standar dengan pengawasan pada pasien TB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengobatan TB Paru di wilayah kerja puskesmas Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Informan kunci yaitu kepala puskesmas, petugas TB, dokter, petugas laboratorium, dan bidan desa. Informan biasa yaitu 3 pasien baru, 2 pasien dengan pengobatan ulang, dan 4 PMO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat peran petugas yang tidak sesuai, masih terdapat beberapa sarana yang tidak tersedia, alokasi dana BOK masih kurang, metode yang digunakan yaitu pedoman pengobatan TB nasional, tidak dilakukan evaluasi berat badan dan evaluasi jumlah dosis OAT secara teratur, terdapat pasien yang menjalani double treatment, kendala dalam menjalankan pemeriksaan ulang dahak seperti pasien tidak mengantarkan dahak sesuai jadwal dan pasien yang sulit mengeluarkan dahak, terdapat pasien yang tidak memiliki PMO, dan terdapat PMO yang tidak menjalankan perannya. Cakupan angka kesembuhan 71,42%. Diharapkan agar dapat memaksimalkan peran petugas, menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis android dan web untuk memantau pengobatan pasien TB dan membantu pengawas minum obat dalam menjalankan perannya, mengevaluasi dosis OAT secara berkala, dan menggiatkan edukasi pada pasien maupun PMO. ABSTRACT Tuberculosis is one of the highest causes of death in the world. Indonesia is the second country after the most TB cases in the world. Tanjung Raja Health Center ranks fifth in the recovery rate of 22%. This figure does not fulfilled yet to the national cure rate of 85%. One component of TB DOTS control is standard treatment with supervision on TB patients. This study aims to analyze the implementation of positive acid-fast bacilli (AFB) pulmonary tuberculosis treatment in the work area of Tanjung Raja health center, Ogan Ilir regency. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using the content analysis method. Key informants are the head of the puskesmas, TB staff, doctor, laboratory staff, and midwife. The usual informants are 3 new patients, 2 patients with re-treatment, and 4 pill monitors. The results showed that there was still a role of officers who were not suitable, there were still some facilities that were not available, the allocation of BOK funds was still insufficient, the method used was the national TB treatment guideline, no weight evaluation and regular evaluation of the number of drug doses were carried out, there were patients who underwent double treatment, had problems in carrying out sputum re-examination such as patients not delivering sputum according to schedule and patients who had difficulty expelling sputum, there were patients who did not have pill monitors, and there is a pill monitors who did not carry out their role. Coverage of pulmonary TB cure rates is 71.42%. It is expected to be able to maximize the role of officers, use an android and web-based information system to monitor patient and help pill monitors to carrying out their roles, evaluate the dosage of the drug regularly, and promote education for patients and pill monitors.
