The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine outflow of farm family work in rice farming in Mangun Jaya Village, Sirah District, Padang Island, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. 2) calculate the income of rice farming and non-farming in Mangun Jaya Village, Sirah District, Padang Island, Ogan Kemering Ilir Regency. 3) analyzing the relationship between the outflow of farm family work and the income of rice farming in Mangun Jaya Village, Sirah District, Padang Island, Ogan Kemering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Mangun Jaya Village, Sirah District, Padang Island, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Data collection was carried out in February 2019. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study is the simple random sampling method. The number of farmers taken as examples is 30 households taken by each farmer population of 15 percent. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The outflow of rice farming family work is mostly used for non-rice farming activities with an average income of 226,5 HOK/year or 18,22% as the main activities of the farm family. While the outflow of farming work is 601,4 HOK/year or 81,78%. The income of rice farming has an average of Rp2.050.494 and non-rice farming is Rp11.201.600. With total farm family income of Rp13.252.094. These results indicate that income from non-farming activities, which is a diversification of business, contributes significantly to farm family income compared to income from rice farming. The correlation between outflow of farm family workers with total farm family income yields a value of 0,599 with a strong category. Outflow of farmer labor with total income there is a relationship or correlation between the variables of outflow of farm family work with total income of farm family.
