The purposes of this study were : (1) calculating the amount of work time allocation for farm women in Jemenang Village Rambang Dangku District Muara Enim Regency, (2) analyzing the factors that influence the income of women farmers in rubber farming in Jemanang Village Rambang Dangku District Muara Enim Regency, and (3) calculate the amount of income of farmer women in rubber farming towards increasing family income in Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency. Women laborers in wiretapping activities on rubber plantations can increase family income in addition to the income generated by their husbands. Income contribution is a contribution or in research intended as a large part of the income contributed from work to total family income. The amount of total family income is determined by husband's income, children's income and income from side jobs. The method used in this study is the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted in December 2019 until January 2020 with a sample of 40 female farmers. Data processing methods use the analysis of exel calculations and Multiple Linear Regression with validity and reliability tests. The results showed the average allocation of working time of women farmers to earn a living as rubber farmers in Jemenang Village, Rambang Dangku District, Muara Enim Regency was 3.57 hours / day or 107 hours / month with a percentage of 14.90%. Factors affecting women's income in rubber farming in Jemenang Village are land area and number of dependents. The contribution of women's income to the level of family income is 49.90%. When compared with the income of her husband and children, it can be concluded that the income of women farmers is quite large.
