PENERAPAN METODE MULTI ATTRIBUTE UTILITY THEORY (MAUT) UNTUK MEMBANTU PEMBELI DALAM PEMILIHAN KENDARAAN RODA DUA (STUDI KASUS PADA HONDA ASTRA KANTOR CABANG DI INDRALAYA)
The number of buyer’s considerations choosed a two-wheeled vehicle that suits their wishes and conditions. Therefore we need a method that supported decisions in purchasing two-wheeled of vehicles. One of the mathematical method that can help to support the decision of a problem is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The MAUT method has advantage of being an easy calculation, producing a final value that is used to rank the vehicle and determining the weight value of the criteria that results in the choice of the vehicle according to the wishes and needs of the buyer. Criteria that considered by buyers to purchase two-wheeled vehicles are vehicle appearance, features, transmission type, size (weight), price, luggage availbility and engine size (cc). The results of the total evaluation become recommendations for two-wheeled vehicles to make purchases. Vehicles that are interested in the application of the MAUT method show that are interested in the application of MAUT method show that Honda scoopy occupies the highest choice of 35% followed by vario 30%, genio 20% and beat 15% of two-wheeled vehicle buyers.The result in the application of MAUT method and the purchase of vehicles has an accuracy of 85%. MAUT method can support the decision to purchase two-wheeled vehicles in Honda Astra Indralaya branch.
