MODEL PEMBIAYAAN JARINGAN WIRELESS IMPROVED REVERSE CHARGING-BUNDLING BERDASARKAN QoS ATTRIBUTE END-TO-END DELAY DAN FUNGSI UTILITAS COBB-DOUGLAS
This study proposes an Improved Reverse Charging model for the use of multi-services, which will add a bundling model to the wireless network pricing scheme. The model obtained considers the Cobb-Douglas utility function to regulate the level of consumer satisfaction and uses the QoS end-to-end delay attribute to adjust the quality level of network connections and uses homogeneous consumers to obtain ISP revenue. This research was resolved as a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) problem to determine the basic cost ( ) and premium quality ( ) applied to local data servers, namely data traffic files. There are 4 cases applied with 4 success cases and 3 pricing schemes contained in each case. This model is solved with the help of LINGO 13.0 application software to get the optimal solution. Based on the research that has been done, the optimal solution of the IRC model added by the bundling model is more optimal in generating maximum revenue for the ISP than the optimal solution for the IRC model without bundling.
