This study intend to determine the effect of work motivation on teachers performancesat the IBA Palembang Foundation Middle and High school levels. The population in this study were all teachers with a total of 37 people. This research uses census sampling technique. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. The validity test used Correlation Matrix. While the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach technique. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Indicators used to measure work motivation with the need for achievement, the need for power and the need for affiliation, while the indicators used to measure teacher performance are indicated by the quality of work, punctuality, initiative, skills and communication. The results showed that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the IBA Palembang Foundation Middle and high school levels.
