PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PERMAINAN EDUKATIF KOTAK ALFABBET UNTUK MENGENAL HURUF PADA KELOMPOK B DI TAMAN KANAK-KANAK
This study aims to develop an alphabet box educational game tool to recognize letter for children group B which is proven valid and practical in supporting children group B to recognize letters. This research is a type of Rowntree development model and Tessmer evaluation. In the Rowntree development model there are three stages; needs analysis, product design and evaluation. In the formative evaluation phase consists of self evaluation, expert review one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Data collection techniques using walkthrough observation and interview. The result of expert review showed that the percentage of material validation was 91% with very valid category, then in media validation get a percentage of 67% valid category. The result of material and media validitation obtained a percentage of 79% with practical category. Stage on one- to- one evaluation obtained a percentage of 91% with very practical category. The result of stage obtained an average percentage of 91% with very practical category because it meets the criteria on the child's ability and practicality in using media. Of all the stages that have been done can be conclude that an alphabet box educational game tool developed declared valid and practical.
