anau Ceper is the lowest prevalence of diarrohea prevalence at Jejawi which is 10,2%, but also as the smallest village of healthy latrine access which is 11%. To solve this problem, the village government made a public latrine. This research is qualitative descriptive and descriptive. The subjects are the persons in charge of the public latrine program, village officer, traditional figure, midwife and health care. The data are from in-depth interview and observation, and the results are used for data and method triangulation. The Data analysis using content analysis and matriks. The results showed in Danau Ceper Village six informants using lavatory, and five of them located near to the lavatory. People with the intention to use public latrine feel happy because there are good experience, advantages, ease and believe will be healthy because using a public latrine. Who doesn’t has the intention to feel otherwise. No salience of behaviour and open defecation (OD) habit make people won’t using the public latrine. No support from the public figure causes the rejection of latrine arisan, and bad knowledge and skill to using a public latrine. So Desa Danau Ceper Government needs to relief the rule about open defecation
