HUBUNGAN SIKAP NORMA SUBJEKTIF DAN PERSEPSI PENGENDALIAN DIRI TERHADAP INTENSI PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MOBILE JKN PADA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
The Mobile JKN application is one of the local applications to improve services for JKN participants which was launched in 2017, however the use of local applications in Indonesia tends to be low even though more than half of Indonesia's population has used smartphones with the main contributor being from the age group of 20 to 29 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control on the intention to use the Mobile JKN application for Sriwijaya University students using the Theory of Planned Behavior model. The sample of this research is users of the Mobile JKN application who are still pursuing undergraduate education at Sriwijaya University. The questionnaires were distributed offline using quantitative methods, and the sample collection technique used stratified random sampling. The result is that there is a relationship between attitude (p value = 0,000) and subjective norms (p value = 0,000) on the intention to use the Mobile JKN application for Sriwijaya University students and there is no relationship between perceived behavioural control and the intention to use the Mobile JKN application for Sriwijaya University students (p value = 1,000). The results of the research are expected to become a consideration for BPJS Kesehatan to prioritize features that are preferred by users of the Mobile JKN application and focus on the target of disseminating information related to JKN based on certain age groups.
