The Elderly Health Program is a program for the elderly to get integrated health services to maintain and improve the health status of the elderly in old age. With the existence of this program, the elderly can get their health checked regularly, improve body fitness by taking part in gymnastics and joining the elderly association to fill their daily activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the Elderly Health Program at Simpang Timbangan Health Center. The research method uses qualitative design, the informants were selected based on the principles of suitability and adequacy principles. Informants in this study were the head of Simpang Timbangan Health Center (1), the chief manager of the elderly health program at Simpang Timbangan Health Center (1), health workers of the elderly health program (3), the elderly Posyandu cadres (5) and the elderly (6). The results showed that the human resources in implementation of the Elderly Health Program were sufficient and worked in accordance with their respective duties, the source of funds came from the BOK, the method of implementation was in accordance with the guide book from the Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia, facilities and infrastructure were available and in good condition, the planning drawn up earlier in the year and set a target coverage elderly people visit every month, organizing by doing division of tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the needs on the ground and coordinating with each other, implementation in the field carried out as planned and the executive in charge based on the duties and authorities of each, supervision usually done through monthly reports from Simpang Timbangan Health Center to the Ogan Ilir District Health Office, the achievements in the implementation of the Elderly Health Program have increased in 2018, and in the third quarter of 2019 the coverage of elderly visits was 71,87%. From the results of the above components can be concluded that the implementation of the Elderly Health Program in Simpang Timbangan Health Center has accordance the proper planning and guidlines and the number of implementation achievements has increased. Suggestions for this research is health workers of Primary Health Center and cadres should keep maintaining and increase the cooperation and the health-care effort and public information to the elderly and society about the importance of elderly health program.
