ANALISIS PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENABUNG EMAS DI PEGADAIAN CABANG PALEMBANG
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of consumer behavior factors in customer decisions to have gold savings at Pegadaian Palembang branch. The population in this study were Palembang Branch Pegadaian customers who opened Gold Savings. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of the Palembang branch of the Gold Pegadaian Savings. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the linear regression equation, it can be interpreted that if the cultural, social, individual and psychological aspects are improved, the purchasing decision will increase and vice versa. And the results of the F test show that culture, social, individual, psychology have a significant influence on the decision to save gold at the Palembang branch of the Pegadaian. The results of the t test show that culture and individuals do not have a significant effect on customers' decisions to save gold at the Palembang branch of Pegadaian.
