Biggest factor of occupational accident in company is unsafety behavior by workers then followed by unsafe condition that happen in work area. Based on the theory that say many factors can influence safety behavior like individual characteristic and implementation of BBS in the company. That’s why there should be an experiment about factors that can influence safety behavior. The aim of this study are to find the relation between BBS implementation and individual characteristic with safety behavior. This study is an analytical experiment that use cross sectional as the method. The sample is 70 workers in oil movement division. The samples are picked by accidental sampling method. Results of this experiment shows that there is a relation between implementations of BBS with safety behavior (p-value 0,000 PR 14.300), there is a relation between attitude safety behavior (p-value 0,001 PR 8.400), there is a relation between safety knowledge with safety behavior (p-value 0,004 PR 5.857) there is no relation between age with safety behavior (p-value 0.324 PR 0.500) and there is no relation between years of service safety behavior (p-Value 0.099 PR 0.339). From the result we can make a conclution that safety behavior has a relation with implementation of BBS, attitude and safety knowledge. But safety behavior doesn’t have relation with age and years of service. This experiment suggests that company give positive feedback to workers and do an evaluation of BBS implementation
