Mental disorder is one of the public health problems. The prevalence of mental disorders increases every year. Regular treatment is an important thing related to healing patients with mental disorders. 1 Ulu Health Center is one of the public health centers that provides integrated mental health services. The number of visits at integrated mental health the 1 Ulu Health Center from 2017 to 2018 decreased by 63.02%. The research objective is to analyze the utilization of integrated mental health services at the 1 Ulu Health Center. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling. Respondents in this study amounted to 35 families of mental patients. Data analysis was done using chi square test. Data collection was done using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 60.0% respondents used the integrated mental health.
