UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV SD NEGERI 115 PALEMBANG DENGAN MENERAPKAN PENDEKATAN EKSPLORASI PADA MATERI KELILING DAN LUAS BANGUN DATAR
The research aims to improve learning outcomes on circumference and area plan figure material at 4th grade of 115 Palembang Elementery School with apply Exploration Approach. This research uses the method of classcroom action with three cycles of action. Data collection techniques used are tests, observation, and documentation.This classroom action research has four stage are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subject in the research is 4th grade students of 115 Palembang Elementry School with total of 31 students consiting of 13 male students and 18 female students.The result of this research indicate that the suscces of student learning outcomes in the 1st cycle as big as 54,84%, in the 2nd cycle as big as 70,97%, in the 3rd cycle up to 87,09%. Improving the student learning outcomes is also supported by the activeness of students during the learning process by applying an exploration approach. The result of observation of the activeness of students in 1st cycle is 67,24% and the result of observation of the activeness of students in 2nd cycle get 70,26% while the result of observation of the activeness of the students in 3rd cycle get 80,04%.According to the data it can be concluded with applying exploration approach can improve learning outcomes students of 4th grade 115 Palembang Elementry School on circumference and area plan figure material.
