ABSTRAK Pencetak batubata menghadapi bahaya pada setiap tahap pekerjaannya. risiko terjatuh, terpeleset, tersandung, dan tenggelam dapat terjadi. Masyarakat Kabupaten Muara Enim sebagian besar bekerja pada sektor industri informal yaitu usaha kecil dan menengah. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki banyak Industri kecil dan menengah adalah kecamatan Ujan Mas dimana daerah ini dan sebagian besar adalah industri pembuatan batu bata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penilaian risiko keapda industri batu bata yang ada di desa Pinang belarik kecamatan Ujan Mas kabupaten Muara Enim. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Juli hingga Agustus tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan tujuan melihat proses aktivitas pembuatan batu bata. Informasi diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan dan telaah dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan standar ISO 31000 2018 dengan mengalikan level kemungkinan dengan level dampak.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahaya keselamatan kerja dari tahap-tahap pembuatan batu bata di desa Pinang Belarik kecamatan Ujan Mas kabupaten Muara Enim terdapat 9 tahap pekerjaan dengan 6 potensi bahaya dengan risiko sangat tinggi yaitu terjatuh, terbakar dan longsor kemudian4 potensi bahaya dengan risiko tinggi yaitu tertimpa batu, terpotong tersayat lalu 9 potensi bahaya dengan risiko sedang seperti terbentur, nyeri otot, nyeri sendi, tersandung, dehidrasi dan 4 potensi bahaya dengan risiko rendah seperti terpeleset, nyeri otot, nyeri sendi, terbalik. Dengan persentase 39,1 % risiko dapat diteima, 30,4% risiko dapat ditolerir dan 30,4 % risiko tidak dapat diterima. Sejalan dengan hasil penelitian yang masih banyak ditemukan bahaya dan risiko pengendalian yang dapat dilakukanyaitu dengan melakukan pengawasan, pelatihan, penggunaan APD yang nyaman, banyak minum air dan menggunakan alat bantu untuk pekerjaan berisiko tinggi. Most of the people of Muara Enim Regency work in the informal industrial sector, namely small and medium enterprises. One area that has many small and medium-sized industries is the Ujan Mas sub-district where this area and most of them are brick-making industries. The purpose of this study was to conduct a risk assessment for the brick industry in the Pinang Belarik village, Ujan Mas district, Muara Enim district. This research was conducted from July to August 2020. The research method used is qualitative research, with the aim of looking at the process of brick-making activities. Information obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations and document review. There are 8 informants in this study. The analysis used is the ISO 31000 2018 standard. The results of this study indicate the safety hazards of brick making in Pinang Belarik village, Ujan Mas district, Muara Enim district there are 9 stages of work with 6 potential hazards with very high risk such us falls, burns and landslide and than 4 potential hazards with high risk such us hit by brick, cut hand, cut finger and 9 potential hazards with moderate risk such us bumps, muscle pain, joint pain, tripping, dehydration and 4 potential hazards with low risk such us slips, muscle pain, joint pain and upside down. With 39,1% acceptable risk, 30,4% tolerable risk and 30,4% unacceptable risk.In line with the research result that there are still many dengers and risk control recommendations that can be carried out are supervision, training, use of comfortable PPE, drinking lots of water and using assistive devices for high-risk work.
