This study aims to look at the influence of production factors on the production of coffee processing industry in Indonesia and the level of technical efficiency in the industry. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of data related to the coffee processing industry from 2007 to 2015. The data analysis technique used is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) by using Cobb-Dauglas production function as frontier production function. The results showed the variables of labor, capital, and raw materials had a positive and insignificant effect on the production of the coffee processing industry. The efficiency level of the coffee processing industry in Indonesia is relatively inefficient with an average efficiency level obtained of 0.91.
