The research is aimed to investigate the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and investment knowledge on student interest to investment in the capital market. The population in this research is student of Faculty Economic of Sriwijaya University and the research sample is employed 100 students are selected. The research shows that partially, financial literacy, investment motivation, and investment knowledge had positive and significant influence to on student interest to investment in the capital market. Simultaneosly, , financial literacy, investment motivation, and investment knowledge had positive and significant influence to on student interest to investment in the capital market. The coefficient of determination is 53,6% it means that financial literacy, investment motivation, and investment knowledge are able to explain investment interest variable as much as sebesar 53,6% and the rest of 46,4% explained by other variables. The implications of this research is the university may consider the formation of a place that may growth student interest to investment. Due to limited of this research, is recomended to expanding responders, and use more of other independent variables.
