Tourism in Indonesia is one of the sectors that gives a contribution to the development of the Indonesian economy and in improving the welfare of its people. At the regional level, the tourism sector is support regional income, whose contribution in the future has very favorable prospects. In improving its tourism, the Culture and Tourism Office of Bangka Belitung already have a Provincial Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPARPROV) for Bangka Belitung in the year of 2016-2025 to regulate regional tourism in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. This study aimed to analyze and to explain the strategies which were used by the Culture and Tourism Office of the Province of Bangka Belitung Island in increasing international tourist visits. There were three conceptuals used in this study, namely; (a) Global Tourism, (b) Paradiplomacy and (c) Multi Track Diplomacy. The results of this study indicated that the implementation of the diplomacy strategy of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands in increasing tourist visits had been carried out well and effectively.
