Research entitled implementation of the 2019 phase III community-based drinking water and sanitation program (Pamsimas) in Ogan Ilir Regency was motivated by a budget that did not match what was planned and the budget realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the community based drinking water and sanitation program (Pamsimas) phase III in 2019 in Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the findings obtained during the research, it is known that the implementation of the Phase III Pamsimas program in Ogan Ilir Regency has been running well although not in its entirety because there are several villages that have just received the program, so that training from related agencies for the community is needed. This program will be more effective if the community, as an important role in this program, improve their understanding of the program through socialization and training from the competent local government.
