EFEKTIVITAS WORD OF MOUTH DALAM KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN PADA PROGRAM "3I-NETWORKS"
The title of this research is The Effectiveness of Word of Mouth in Marketing Communication in “3i-Networks” Program. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of word of mouth in marketing communication in the "3i-Networks" program. In this research, the researcher use the word of mouth theory from Sernovitz. The researcher use the quantitative methods with a descriptive data types. The respondents in this research are 59 customers of "3i-Networks" program. The researcher uses questionnaires from google form to collect data from the respondents. The results of this research indicates the effectiveness of word of mouth in marketing communication in the "3i-Networks" program generally strong, which also means effective. The result is seen from the total accumulative score of word of mouth indicators in marketing communication with 55 respondents in effective word of mouth category, and four respondents in word of mouth average category.
