This study discusses the implementation of the part of Palembang Employment Accident Insurance and Social Security (BPJS) in accordance with Government Regulation Number 44 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the Work Accident and Death Security Insurance Program. In this Work Accident Insurance Program there are still claims pending in 2018 to 2020. This research aims to find out claims from the work accident insurance program. The theory used in this research is Charles Jones implementation theory, where there are three dimensions of policy implementation, namely organization, interpretation, and implementation. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that the claim process in this work accident insurance program has not been going well because the organizational dimension of the authority to input the claim data is only on one staff and on the dimension of applying constraints involving three parties for requested by Insurance and Social Security which caused delays to process work accident insurance claims payments. This study suggests the Insurance and Social Security in the part of Palembang to be able to provide additional authority on passwords to other employees so that they can assist intermediate management staff work accident insurance, as well as in the implementation dimension involving three parties including the hospital, company and Insurance and Social Security (BPJS).
