Indralaya Health Center has a percentage of coverage of health services in the Elderly Poly of 83.98%, in 2017 this figure has not yet reached the national target, Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out the factors related to the utilization of health services in Indralaya Community Health Center, Ogan Ilir, in 2020. The design of this study is Cross Sectional. The sample in this study were some of the elderly and practitioners visiting 96 elderly polies who were selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. Data were collected by direct interview using a questionnaire then data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis (chi-square test). The results of this study showed visits to the elderly Poly were 57.3%. The characteristics of the majority of respondents are 45-59 years old, female sex, still actively working, well-informed and supported by the family. Factors related to the use of elderly poly areage with a value of p = 0.007; gender p = 0.033; and occupation p = 0.024; knowledge p = 0.046; and family support p = 0.005 has an influence on the utilization of health services. Meanwhile, marital status p = 0.387; education p = 0.67; attitude p = 0.077; accessibility p = 0.050; disease complaints p = 0.942 and clinical diagnosis p = 0.581 have no effect on the utilization of health services. The utilization of health services in the Elderly Poly is influenced by age, gender, occupation, knowledge and family support. It is expected that related parties providee convinient consultancy services that are disguished from other polymers and have adequateinfrastructure that can be used by elderly.
