This research has been carried out to analyze the impact of Ability, Benevolence, and Integrity on Trust in Lazada for Undergraduate Students of Sriwijaya University. For this purpose, this study was conducted through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. A questionnaire technique was designed and shared for 100 respondents to get the data collection. The data analysis for this research is conveyed with F-test, t-test and multiple linear regression. F-test showed that Ability, Benevolence, and Integrity Variables are simultaneously impacting the trust. Meanwhile, the t-test revealed that only Benevolence Variable (X2) is partially impacting trust with significant results.
