ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM PENANGGULANGAN TUBERKULOSIS PADA PUSKESMAS DI KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM

Tuberculosis is still a public health and is one of the goals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in Muara Enim District, which had a total of 1.737 cases in 2019 and an increase from the previous year. This study aims to analyze the implementation of tuberculosis control program policies at Public Health Center in Muara Enim District. This study used a qualitative design, the informants were selected purposively. Data collection in 2020 through focus group discussions, in-depth interviews with 45 informants, and document review. Data validation used in the form of triangulation of methods and sources. Next, using a thematic data analysis. The result showed that the successful implementation of this TB control program policy in the highlands and swamps such as limitted infrastructure and human resources so that them process of TB elimination strategy could not be done optimally but lowland areas or cities, the program’s achievements have been good. Output is success rate in Public Health Center 2019 reached 33% until 100% and TB-Multi Drug Resistant (TB-MDR) amounted to 16 cases. Conclusion that to get the expected output, it must be synergized and effective input and process of TB elimination strategy. Success rate in the public health center due to differences because of geographical location, human resources, and population. Recomendation for Regional Government with Muara Enim District Health Office make a Regional Regulation so that elimination of TB is achieved by 2035 and complete infrastructure according to geographic location.
