This study aims to provide empirical evidence to determine whether the goals, feedback and incentive moderating influence of the process quality management to the internal quality and external quality. The object of this research is a medium-and large-scale manufacturing in the region of Sumatera Selatan Province. Subjects were division or department with simple random sampling method obtained total sample of 31 questionnaires out of 63 questionnaires distributed. Data analysis was performed by using a model of moderate regression analysis (MRA). The result showed that goals moderate the influence of the process quality management for internal and external quality. Feedback does not moderate the influence of the process quality management for internal and external quality. Incentive moderate the influence of the process quality management for internal but have no effect on external quality.
