The title of this research is "Social media richness (study of social media Whatsapp as a medium of organization communiaction at inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir 2020)" by Muhammad Sonny Assad. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge social media Whatsapp richness as a medium of organization communication at Inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. The theory used to measure variable soxial media richness is media richness theory by Daft and Lengel (Organization Information Requirements, Media Richness and Structural Design 1986). This research used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The collection of data in this research by distributing questionnaires to 46 respondents of Inpektorat daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir That included in Inspektorat OI Whatsapp group chat. The result of this research is that social media Whatsapp is rich as a medium of organization communication at Inspektorat daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
