Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is aninfectious diseases that has cause death. in 2018 cases of DHF in south sumatera province reached 2396 cases (IR=29/100.000). in 2018 in Ogan Ilir distric, There were 117 cases of DHF cases.South Tanjung Dayang village is one of dengue endemis areas in the working area of Tebing Gerinting Public Health centerwith data on dengue patiens was highest. This research is to analyze the relationship between 3M Plus, Characteristic of water Reservoirs (material, existence of cover, condition of water, location) with the Existence of Aedes aegyptiin the South Tanjung Dayang village. This research is a quantitative research by using the design of cross sectional. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Departemen of Health District Ogan Ilir and Public Health Center of Tebing gerinting and primary data obtained from interview and obervation. This research using the method of sample random sampling in the sample. Samples obtained totaling 95 respondents appropriate criteria inclusion and exclusion criteria of reseacrhers, where there are 19 (14 %) respondents men and 76 (86 %) repondents women. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate.Conclused of his reasearch that are significant relationship between 3M Plus, existence of cover, condition of water with the Existence of Aedes aegypti and there were no significant relaionship between existence of coverand location with the Existence of Aedes aegypti. The researcher suggests to do installasion ovitrap in every home, using suck for larva one of tools is Aquarium power heads H-280, and give reward for a village if it has free without larvae.
