FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL PERILAKU SEKSUAL PADA REMAJA LAKI-LAKI USIA 15-19 TAHUN DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI SUMATERA BARAT
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) continues to be a major global health problem that has claimed more than 32 million lives so far. The main risk factors for HIV transmission are sexual behavior. The study aims to analyze the inetnal and external factors of sexual behavior in adolescent boys aged 15 to 19 years in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera. This research is quantitative using an cross sectional design with a simple random sampling technique of 106 respondents who are teenage boys aged 15-19 years old in the city of Bukittinggi West Sumatera. Furthermore, by using univariate, bivariate with chi square statistical test and multivariate with regresi logistic statistical test. Bivariate reserach results show there is a relationship between knowledge (p=0,010), self control (p=0,000), dan accsess to information media (p=0,007), and no relationship between religiosity (p=0,160), attitude (p=0,373) and role of peers (p=0,895) with sexual behavior in adolescent boys aged 15 to 19 years in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera. The group of adolescent boys aged 15 to 19 years in Bukittinggi with high-risk sexual behavior that is equal to 27 (25,5%) of respondents. Acces to information media is the most influencing factors for sexual behavior (PR= 19,070 ; 95% CI: 4,338-83,836 ; pvalue=0,000). Government agencies to better supervise and anticipate the development of porn sites on the internet that are increasingly widespread and are freely circulating around teenagers.
