IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI DISTRIK NAVIGASI KELAS I PALEMBANG
This research was motivated by the still many civil servants in the First Class Navigation District of Palembang. Who did not attend the morning rally and did not do finger print absences. This study aims to determine how the implementation of disciplinary policies of civil servants in the First Class Navigation District of Palembang. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are done through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of George C Edward III which has four dimensions that can influence the process of policy implementation, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Based on the results of the research in the field, it shows that the implementation of the discipline of civil servants in the First Class Navigation District of Palembang has been running but not yet to its full potential. The conclusion of this study is that in the process of implementing the disciplinary policies of civil servants in the First Class Navigation District Of Palembang, it has been running but not maximally in carrying out existing regulations, and awareness as Civil Servants is already present in employees but in this case needs to be improved. Recommendations for this research are Awareness and responsibility as Civil Servants must be invested in all Civil Servants in the First Class Navigation District of Palembang so that the purpose of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 concerning Discipline of Civil Servants can run well.
