PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN PALI
This research is a quantitative descriptive study on the Effect of Training on Employee Performance in the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in PALI Regency which aims to (1) find out whether there is an influence between training on employee performance in the Employment and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in PALI Regency (2) Knowing how the influence of training on employee performance in the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in PALI Regency. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and then analyzing the data using simple linear regression with statistical software SPSS Version 22. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0.788 + 0.798 X, while the regression coefficient of training variables amounted to 0.798 positive value. In testing the correlation coefficient, the value of R = 0.737 is obtained and the coefficient of determination testing shows that the value of r2 is 0.544. From the results of statistical data processing shows that there is a strong relationship between training on improving employee performance at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of PALI Regency so that management can make training a solution to improve employee performance
