The procurement of government goods and services in Indonesia in its activities often occurs fraud in the form of mark up mode that is made of the activity that has a gap for certain persons to get personal profit. The procurement of goods and services play an important role in the implementation of national development, including its own organization procurement of goods and services is essential in order to support their organization. This research has the objective to know the principle of analysis procurement on procurement of goods at the Indonesia's National Government Internal Auditor of South Sumatera. This research aims to analyze the implementation of procurement principles on procurement of goods in Indonesia's National Government Internal Auditor of South Sumatera. The kind of research is descriptive qualitative that looked at data from the interviews and direct observations that have supported by primary and secondary data from Indonesia's National Government Internal Auditor of South Sumatera. The analysis of this research in the form of seeing the implementation of the principle as efficient, effective, fair competition, openness, transparency, not discriminating, and accountability it has been applied or not yet on two methods of the procurement as the procurement of goods in electronically and procurement of goods in conventional. Through research can be seen that procurement electronically and procurement conventionally in Indonesia's National Government Internal Auditor of South Sumatera there were several principles that have not applied, and the problems that occur on the procurement of goods.
