Tuberculosis is a disease that is a health problem in every country, including in Indonesia. Indonesia occupies the position of the five largest countries in tuberculosis cases in the world. Ogan Ilir Regency in particular is included in the category of the top ten contributors to tuberculosis cases in South Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of tuberculosis (TB) on children in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is a quantitative study with case-control study design. The sample number of 102 children consisted of 34 cases and 68 controls (1: 2). Univariate, bivariate data analysis techniques were performed using the Chi square test, and multivariate was performed with multiple logistic regression tests. The results bivariate data analysis showed there was a significant relation between gender variables (p: 0.017 OR = 3.040), exclusive breastfeeding (p: 0.006 OR = 3,587), contact history (p: 0.029 OR = 2.889), parent education (p: 0.038 OR = 2.648), parental knowledge (p: 0.042 OR = 2.648), the presence of smokers (p:
