ANALISIS KEGIATAN PENDATAAN PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA DI PUSKESMAS SATU ULU KOTA PALEMBANG
The Indonesia Health Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK) is the main program in the National Mid-term health development. Satu Ulu public health center have not reached the PIS-PK data collection target in 2018. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of family data collection for the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach at the Satu Ulu Public Health Center. This study used a qualitative method approach. Determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, documents checking. The informants in this study were 13 people consisting of the head of the public health center, holders of the PIS-PK program, team of family health data collection for healthy families, department of health, the sub-district, and the community in the working area of the public health center. The data were analyzed by using conten analysis. Validity testing used sources, methods, and data triangulation. The results showed that in the input component, there was lack of trained Public Health Center personnel in PIS-PK data collection, facilities and infrastructure of family data collection activity were still not good because the facilities and infrastructures were not available in sufficient numbers, not all of the public health center officers understood contents of the health center decree from family data collection activities. Process component, activity planning was in accordance with the regulations that had been set, but the socialization of data collection activity was not carried out to the community or sub-district, the implementation of family activity was not in accordance with the existing planning guidelines and reporting were not on time. For the output component, the result of public health index of residents (IKS) was 0.28 which classified to unhealthy category.
