ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Implementing Tuberculosis Management Policy in Ogan Komering Ilir District Health Office". The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of tuberculosis (TB) management policies in the Ogan Komering Ilir District Health Office. the type of research used is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques performed by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation by Van Metter and Van Horn that influences the performance of policy implementation, namely the size and objectives of the policy, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes / tendencies of implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities, and the economic environment , social and politics. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Tuberculosis (TB) Prevention Policy in the Ogan Komering Ilir District Health Office has been running quite well but based on the implementation indicators there are still several obstacles including TB infected patients who cannot be traced thoroughly. There are also other obstacles that remain stigmatized in the community so that people infected with TB are embarrassed to seek treatment. Suggestions recommended in this study are to increase socialization so that there is no more stigma to the community, the addition of electronics to be able to record TB patients effectively, and also to increase cooperation with the central Health Office so that there are no problems and policies can proceed according to the Regulations Ministry of Health No. 67 of 2016 concerning Tuberculosis Management. Keywords : Implementation , Tuberculosis, TB Policy, TB Control
