KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN PARIWISATA (STUDI PADA DINAS PEMUDA, OLAHRAGA DAN PARIWISATA KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN DALAM MEMPROMOSIKAN PARIWISATA TAHUN 2020)
This research aimed to find out the marketing communication in Musi Banyuasin Regency in term of tourism promotion. This study used a qualitative method. The data used in this study came from the Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. The chosen informants were 3 people which consisting of 2 staffs from Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Musi Banyuasin Regency who have an understanding and are responsible, especially in the field of tourism promotion and a tourist. To examine the validity of the data, researcher applied triangulation technique. To analyze the data, this research used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of the study indicated that tourism marketing communication is carried out well by the Department of Youth, Sports, and Tourism of Musi Banyuasin concerning the tourism promotion in Musi Banyuasin Regency.
