PENGARUH PENEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN LAHAT
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of placement on employee performance in the Social Service Office of Lahat Regency. The variables in this study are work placement as an independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is descriptive and quantitative study with population of 114 employees and sample of 89 employees who are both civil servants and non-civil servants. Data collection methods used are questionnaires. The data obtained were tested with a validity test, reliability test, partial test, and simple linear regression analysis. The data in this analysis were processed using the Statistical Program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this study indicate that the work placement variable influences the performance of employees in the Social Service Office of Lahat Regency Keyword : Job placement & employee performance
