This study aims to determine the effect of Headmaster Leadership on Teacher Performance in Semendawai Timur 1 Junior High School, East Semendawai District, East OKU District. The population in this study were all employees in Smp Negeri 1 Semendawai Timur, amounting to 38 people and sampling using a census. The data collection method used in this study is primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. East OKU. This research is useful for the Principal of the Junior High School 1 Semendawai Timur to improve leadership so that teacher performance can also be improved.
