This research aimed to know The Influence of Leadership Style On Employee’s Work Dicipline of PT. Mitra Sriwijaya Palembang. The population in this research are all employees at PT. Mitra Sriwijaya Palembang consist of 39 employees and census method implemented to consider the number of respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is primary data which derived from questionnaire. The technique of data analysis test which using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis test could be concluded that Leadership Style has positive and significant on Employee’s Work Dicipline of PT. Mitra Sriwijaya Palembang. Therefore, employees must further improve the work discipline so that leadership style can also be improved.
