This study aims to determine the effect of age, work experience, number of dependent children, and husband's income on married-women workers productivity in the songket industry in Indralaya sub-district. The data used in this study are primary data from 30 respondents in Muara Penimbung Ilir Village, Indralaya sub-district. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that age (X1) had a positive and significant effect with a probability of 0.000 < 0.05 on married-women workers productivity. Work experience (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on married-women workers productivity (Y) with a probability of 0.003
