This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in SMA 01 Pulau Beringin South OKU. The population in this study were all teachers at number 43 all as respondents. The samples are saturated using sampling techniques. Data collection method used is the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style variable positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMAN 01 Pulau Beringin South OKU. Advice can be given is the principal should involve subordinates in making and taking decisions even though all the decisions on leadership, then for the all of the teacher in state High school 01 Pulau Beringin South OKU should use the media and various methods in the learning process to improve student learning performance in the State High School 01 Pulau Beringin South OKU.
