Frequent mistake and obstacles in determining prospective employees at PT. Dwi Kembar Citra Ogan thus caused a ngative impact on the Company. The purpose of this study is to build a system that is decision support system for determining employee candidates based on the web using the system development method, which is the FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technology) method, for the decision making method, which uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. This research result in a decision support system for determining employee candidates based on web, which will be used at PT. Dwi Kembar Citra Ogan in supporting the process of determining employee candidates. In the decision support system the determination of prospective employees has 4 users including, Admin, Manager, Prospective Employees, Appairsers who have accses rights according to their individual needs. Of course it is expected that this system can be useful for prospective employees and companies, in this case PT. Dwi Kembar Citra Ogan.
